Dr. Perez is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with more than two decades of experience helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. She combines evidence-based psychiatric care with a highly personalized approach, ensuring that every treatment plan reflects the patient’s goals, values, and unique circumstances.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Perez has worked in a wide range of settings—including outpatient clinics, inpatient programs, community mental health services, and leadership roles such as Medical Director, where she supervised and mentored clinical teams. This breadth of experience allows her to bring a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective to even the most complex cases.

Dr. Perez completed her psychiatry residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident, and earned her medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine.
She is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient community.
